Mortar application and content: Horizontal and vertical similar (Mortar looks square). Mortar, containing coarse sand in both horizontal and vertical directions, is broad, the vertical being raised between stones.
Types and uses of stones: Rows of stones are variable in relation to the quoins. In the front, rows alternate 4 and 3 per quoin.

This smoke house is located on the N.E. corner of York and Harris RDs. The quoins in the front are large and the rows of stones are variable. In the front, rows alternate 4 and 3 per quoin.
